Our latest extension to the company is the house clearance service.
We have been listening to what our customers are looking for, and expect from us, and we are now able to provide a fully insured, and extensive, rubbish and house clearance service.

We have recently purchased a suitable vehicle to add to our fleet which is perfect for its needs. The van comes with two fully trained personnel who take care of your individual needs.

The kind of services we can provide are as follows:-

FULL AND PART HOUSE CLEARANCES
This service includes the full or part removal of all unwanted furniture, and contents, from the house. We dispose of them for you. We try, when at all possible, to recycle, and send as much as possible to the respective charitable organisations that may be able to use, or sell on, for their separate charities. Sometimes, this is not possible to be done for various reasons. It will then be disposed of using the various refuse departments, purchasing the appropriate tipping licenses needed. Each house is assessed individually, and priced accordingly to amount of work involved.

FULL AND PART HOUSE CLEARANCES WHICH WE PAY YOU FOR
We do understand that, sometimes, the furniture, and contents, which you need to be without, do have some considerable value. In these cases, we arrange a suitable deal. We can move all the rubbish, and dispose of it to the relevant disposal sites (as well as any of the other furniture and contents that hold a high value). The cash arrangement helps to pay for the removal of your rubbish – as well as having some cash to spare.

GARAGE AND SHED CLEARANCE
This service is precisely as described. We can empty the full or part contents of you respective garage, or shed, and dispose of things accordingly. We can also dismantle, and dispose of, the shed if needed. Again, if you have items of a considerable value we would be willing to buy them off you, and/or offset them against your rubbish removal costs.

SINGLE ITEM DISPOSAL SERVICE
If you have an odd item that you no longer require, let us take the problem away from you . We receive many phone calls from people saying they have a new suite coming on the following day, or a new washer or cooker etc arriving in the near future, – and they don’t know what to do with their old piece of furniture or appliance.
The local council can take weeks to remove these items, and then it puts on many conditions, often making it impossible to get the job done. Give us a call for a cost effective quote. Generally, we are able to pick up, and dispose of, within 24 hours.

There are probably many things that we have not listed, – but please don’t be put off picking up the phone and giving us a ring. Sometimes, we can even give you an approximate quote in a phone conversation.

We are registered with WIGAN TRADING STANDARDS, under the good trader scheme. We are recommended by them to work with the more vulnerable societies within the community, e.g. Age Concern and Starting Point etc
